The character for Oni, 鬼  in its oldest Chinese inception refers to an ancestral spirit. Many cultures across the globe have timeless tales of demons inhabiting objects and places, fed by a person's love, passion and anger.

We envisioned our premium Jiu-Jitsu belt like a sacred object, a totem,inhabited by the ancestral Oni of the martial arts way, forever hungry, and fed by the athlete's obsession with training, and ones pursuit of perfection.

For these reasons we have worked tirelessly on our new Oni belt, pushing the boundaries of what a BJJ belt is, rejecting all previous conceptions in order to create something never been seen before in the BJJ community.

To start we have chosen a new special "Caterpillar" weave to give the belt not only a vintage worn out look, but also, due to it's rope like quality, keep it firmly in place once tied.

In order to add to the overall premium quality of the belts we have used gold metallic thread on all black belts, and silver metallic thread on all belt colors.

The rank bar is made of premium silk satin material, woven purposely at different angles to create a smooth, but visible traditional Edo period style woven pattern, symbolizing the everlasting flow of this martial art.

An inch was added on both ends of the belt, so that it will look powerful once tied around the waist, and not look flimsy and small like bow-tie as other brands' belt do after a few months of use.

We made the size label of the belt a tear-away one, so if you prefer a cleaner look, you can easily remove it without damaging the belt etc.

And if all these details weren't enough, we have included not one, but two specially designed Half Sumo elastic velcro ties ( See photos below)  which can be used to keep the belt neatly folded when stored in your bag, but most importantly wrapped around the knot while training, it will keep it tied around your waist even during the hardest and most intense sparring. Worm guard players beware ;)

We recommend the following sizes based on your height/weight
A0 will best fit athletes under 5'5", and under 130lbs
A1 will
best fit athletes 5'5"-5'9" in height, and between 125lbs to 160lbs in weight
A2 will best fit athletes 5'8"- 6'1" in height, and between 160lbs to 190lbs in weight
A3 will best fit athletes 6'1"- 6'4" in height, and between 185lbs to 210lbs in weight
A4 will best fit athletes 6'3"- 6'7" in height and between 200lbs to 250lbs in weight

 We ship to virtually any address in the world, either domestic or international.

VERY IMPORTANT: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and proven address. Due to fraud concerns we will not refund any orders marked as delivered by USPS/UPS/DHL- Please double check the correct spelling of the address when placing the order. We will not be responsible for packages claimed as lost when the tracking shows it was delivered to the address provided. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Q:"How much will it cost to ship to xyz country?"
A: The system will calculate automatically the shipping cost at checkout based on the number of the items and their weight.

You will have a chance to review your order and the shipping costs before you are asked to finalize your order and your Credit Card is charged.


Q:"How long will it take for my order to be processed?"

A: Our staff will process your order within 24 business hrs and hand it over to the most reliable shipping provider for the selected destination ( UPS or USPS )

Q:"How long will it take for my order to be delivered?"

A: All US domestic orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that both carriers will not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

International orders, due to distance and custom/import delays generally are in transit for 10 to 15 days from the date of shipping.

CUSTOMS & DUTY For International Buyers - Please understand that delays due to foreign custom clearance etc. are a possibility, and the buyer is ultimately responsible for all duty and custom charges when applicable. We have noticed at times that the USPS/UPS tracking number does not update once the package is in a foreign country. Customers in the past were able to retrieve their packages from their local post office using the tracking number provided, although the mail service online site had no additional information

IMPORTANT: For both national and international shipments, the buyer is ultimately responsible with providing a "safe" delivery address. We will not be responsible for items marked as delivered by USPS or UPS, but claimed by the customer to never have been received or stolen by neighbors, dogs or aliens. It is your responsibility as a buyer to track the package and make sure someone is there to receive it, or provide a safe environment where the postman can drop it off.


Q:"Can the order be shipped to a hotel or temporary residence?"
No, due to the real possibility of delays due to holidays, weather or other logistic factors, we cannot ship any orders to hotels or other temporary residences. Make sure someone will be at the location at all times, or the order we'll be canceled before it is processed.
