The term KASAI in Japanese literally means Fire Storm, a term once used to describe the intense battles of medieval Japan.

Inspired by this warrior spirit, BJJ Black Belt and renowned businessman Rich Byrne founded KASAI in 2016 to revolutionize professional grappling. His vision? Crafted for modern warriors, the HS x KASAI Rashguard is designed to channel these timeless qualities into your training. Whether you’re grappling on the mat or pushing your limits in the gym, this rashguard will remind you to stay disciplined, adaptable, and sharp.

Every Half Sumo hand drawn Irezumi style drawing has been reproduced with high fidelity on moisture wicking poly-spandex blend, with premium perforated side panels for increased breath-ability and feel. All graphics are sublimated to insure all art details are properly reproduced with no fading whatsoever.

Premium fit and feel, fits true to size, if you are in general a size M, go ahead and order a size M.


NOTE: This listing is for the Men/Unisex sizing - For Female sizing just choose one size smaller than usual for a comparable Women's fit - The rashguards are made of a stretchy material, so the fit differences between men and women's cut are minimal compared to other products.

 We ship to virtually any address in the world, either domestic or international.

VERY IMPORTANT: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and proven address. Due to fraud concerns we will not refund any orders marked as delivered by USPS/UPS/DHL- Please double check the correct spelling of the address when placing the order. We will not be responsible for packages claimed as lost when the tracking shows it was delivered to the address provided. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • The system will calculate automatically the shipping cost at checkout based on the number of the items and their weight.

    You will have a chance to review your order and the shipping costs before you are asked to finalize your order and your Credit Card is charged.

  • Our staff will process your order within 24 business hrs and hand it over to the most reliable shipping provider for the selected destination ( UPS or USPS )

  • All US domestic orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that both carriers will not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

    International orders, due to distance and custom/import delays generally are in transit for 10 to 15 days from the date of shipping.

    CUSTOMS & DUTY For International Buyers - Please understand that delays due to foreign custom clearance etc. are a possibility, and the buyer is ultimately responsible for all duty and custom charges when applicable. We have noticed at times that the USPS/UPS tracking number does not update once the package is in a foreign country. Customers in the past were able to retrieve their packages from their local post office using the tracking number provided, although the mail service online site had no additional information

    IMPORTANT: For both national and international shipments, the buyer is ultimately responsible with providing a "safe" delivery address. We will not be responsible for items marked as delivered by USPS or UPS, but claimed by the customer to never have been received or stolen by neighbors, dogs or aliens. It is your responsibility as a buyer to track the package and make sure someone is there to receive it, or provide a safe environment where the postman can drop it off.

  • No, due to the real possibility of delays due to holidays, weather or other logistic factors, we cannot ship any orders to hotels or other temporary residences. Make sure someone will be at the location at all times, or the order we'll be canceled before it is processed.
