Featuring a fun reimagined take on the classic Grim Reaper image, these shorts are the perfect spooky companion for every Halloween roll.  

Developed on the model of our popular IBJJF legal shorts, these one of a kind badboys feature a new 4 way stretch ultra light material, that although sturdy, will feel weightless while training. 

The scale is no longer a problem while wearing them, as the shorts clock in at under 0.3lbs - giving you the ability if you’ll like to now wear compression shorts underneath them.

As expected Half Sumo hand drawn Irezumi style graphics were reproduced with high fidelity on the garment through ever lasting sublimation printing.  

Premium 4-Way stretch fabric was used to insure unparalleled mobility when jogging, grappling or striking. The adjustable elastic waist features an internal drawstring for a comfortable yet firm fit necessary for all physical activity. 

To make these shorts completely complaint with most grappling tournament regulations, no pockets have been added. 

Following your feedback we have revised slightly the fit of the leg to a mid thigh length. Not too long, not too short, just the right length to be ultra comfortable during any activity. 

Additionally a mix of flat woven and rubberized patches adorn the short to give it not only a premium feel, but a unique look. 

Wash Cold, Hang Dry for best safekeeping.  Limited quantities available. Fits as expected.

I recently purchased the Reaper rashguard and Pro shorts from Half Sumo on October 26th, and I’m thrilled with them! Both pieces are incredibly light and breathable, making them super comfortable during intense training sessions. Although they didn’t magically boost my jiu-jitsu skills, I’ve received countless compliments on the style!

If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to add a few long-sleeve options alongside any new short-sleeve rashguards—just a personal preference, but I’d love them even more in long sleeve!

Poor customer service

The shirts don’t fit like every other shirt I’ve bought from here. I’ve bought many Gi’s also. I contacted customer service who wasn’t helpful then ignored me.

VERY IMPORTANT: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and proven address. Due to fraud concerns we will not refund any orders marked as delivered by USPS/UPS/DHL- Please double check the correct spelling of the address when placing the order. We will not be responsible for packages claimed as lost when the tracking shows it was delivered to the address provided. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • The system will calculate automatically the shipping cost at checkout based on the number of the items and their weight.

    You will have a chance to review your order and the shipping costs before you are asked to finalize your order and your Credit Card is charged.

  • Our staff will process your order within 24 business hrs and hand it over to the most reliable shipping provider for the selected destination ( UPS or USPS )

  • All US domestic orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that both carriers will not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

    International orders, due to distance and custom/import delays generally are in transit for 10 to 15 days from the date of shipping.

    CUSTOMS & DUTY For International Buyers - Please understand that delays due to foreign custom clearance etc. are a possibility, and the buyer is ultimately responsible for all duty and custom charges when applicable. We have noticed at times that the USPS/UPS tracking number does not update once the package is in a foreign country. Customers in the past were able to retrieve their packages from their local post office using the tracking number provided, although the mail service online site had no additional information

We will not be responsible for items marked as delivered by USPS or UPS, but claimed by the customer to never have been received or stolen by neighbors, dogs or aliens. It is your responsibility as a buyer to track the package and make sure someone is there to receive it, or provide a safe environment where the postman can drop it off.

  • No, due to the real possibility of delays due to holidays, weather or other logistic factors, we cannot ship any orders to hotels or other temporary residences. Make sure someone will be at the location at all times, or the order we'll be canceled before it is processed.
